Our Story

Dedication and Service

World Youth Value Society, a non-profit whose aim is to build up today’s youth as servant leaders with a global vision.  We engage young people of all ages to volunteer locally and around the world in a variety of community service projects.

Historical Background:

At the end of 2009, a group of aspiring young professionals from China, the United States, and Canada gathered in

Seattle to discuss an issue near to their hearts—the value the younger generation in the world has to offer. They

talked about poverty, education and the future of the world. In order to give back to society and to make a

responsible contribution to the world community, they decided to commit themselves to organizing youth from

across the globe.

What they came up with was the World Youth Value Society, established in March 2010, in Seattle, Washington, in the USA.  The original purpose was to better empower young people to participate in bettering the world by bringing them together and helping them to realize their value to the world community, eventually achieving the purpose of organizing them in giving back to, getting involved with and caring about their communities and the greater world community. The original purpose has extended to improving the overall quality of the young people’s lives, their international perspectives, their understanding of and taking on of social responsibility, social contributions, and leadership. The World Youth Society strives to prepare contemporary youth for leadership in the 21st century.

Since the establishment of the Society, its members have rapidly spread to 16 countries around the world and 11 states in America. Distributed around the world, the branches of the World Youth Value Society keep true to the motto: "a child is the hope of a family, the youth are the hope of a country",
